Wake Up Energized — Gentle Yoga Practice

Kassandra Mollé Season 2 Episode 9

Feeling calm? Have a question? Send me a text:)

Hi my Sweet Friends!

Let's switch it up with a morning yoga flow in bed!

Watch it here! on Youtube

Welcome to a gentle, trauma-informed morning yoga flow designed to help you release emotional weight and start your day with calm energy and clarity.

These movements and breath practices will help you reconnect to your body, ease tension, and release what you no longer need to carry — all from the safety of your bed or mat.

We’ll begin with cyclic sighing breathwork to calm your nervous system, then move through grounding stretches, hip releases, and gentle spinal movements to awaken softness and peace within.

You’ll finish feeling lighter, present, and supported — ready to move through your day with a clear heart.

Props: Blanket, pillow, or bolster (optional)
Best for: Morning or emotional reset any time of day

If this practice brought you comfort, please leave a comment below and share how your body and heart felt afterward.
Your reflection may help someone else feel less alone.

Breathe. Move. Learn.

With calm + peace,
Kassandra
