This short, gentle 5-minute bedtime yoga practice is designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and help you fall asleep faster — especially after a long, overstimulating day or when your mind feels wired at night.

In this guided episode, Kassandra leads you through slow, grounding movements and breath cues that support the nervous system’s rest response, making it easier to settle into deep, restorative sleep. No experience needed — just a willingness to soften, breathe, and relax into the present moment. 

What you’ll experience:

• A grounding close to ease you into sleep
