This gentle bedtime practice combining breathwork and slow, calming movement is designed to help soothe your nervous system and prepare your body for sleep.

In this guided episode, Kassandra leads you through simple breath cues and gentle movements that support nervous system regulation, release physical tension, and help quiet a busy or anxious mind before bed.

This practice is especially supportive if you’re:
 â€˘ feeling restless or wired at night
 â€˘ holding tension in your body before sleep
 â€˘ experiencing nighttime anxiety or overthinking
 â€˘ looking for a soft, grounding way to unwind

You’re welcome to move slowly, rest at any time, or simply listen and breathe. No experience is needed.

Best enjoyed in the evening, before bed, or during nighttime wake-ups when your body needs reassurance and calm.
